Before we teach you to hold space for others, we invite you to meet yourself. Through nervous system regulation, inner child work, and guided practice, you'll build the safety that true transformation needs to unfold.
The Release
Your body remembers what your mind has learned to forget. Through fascia release, somatic practice, shadow work, and immersive sound, you'll gently release the stored tension, emotion, and patterns that no longer belong to you.

Do I need experience with Kundalini or bodywork?
All you need is willingness. Whether this is your first experience or you've been on the path for years, Essentia is designed to meet you where you are. Your preparation begins weeks before you arrive, so you enter the space feeling grounded, supported, and ready.
Is this only for people who want to become facilitators?
No. ESSENTIA serves two souls equally: the one here purely for their own remembering, and the one called to guide others. The facilitation training is woven in for those who want it — but your own transformation is the heart of the week either way.
Is ESSENTIA only for women?
No. Essentia is open to anyone who feels the call. Women and men alike are warmly welcome — what matters isn't who you are on paper, but that you're ready to meet yourself honestly.
What does "by application only" actually mean?
It means we personally speak with every person before they join. A circle this small is what makes the container intimate, safe, and serious — so we choose it with intention. The discovery call is a real conversation: we make sure ESSENTIA is right for you, and that you're right for the circle. Both have to be true.
Where and when does the immersion happen?
January 6–12, 2027, in the Miami area — at a private organic farm and wellness sanctuary, with ceremony spaces in nature, farm-to-table meals, and private geodesic dome rooms. The exact address stays private and is shared with confirmed members of the circle.
What is the investment?
The full investment details are shared on your discovery call — openly, and without pressure. Payment plans are available, and early bird pricing is currently open for the first ten who say yes. We'll find the structure that honors both your yes and your reality.
What happens after the seven days?
You're not released — you're welcomed. Ongoing integration calls and a private community of ESSENTIA facilitators carry the work forward, so what you remembered keeps living and deepening long after you're home.
